Evaluation of Current Compliance Needs
We meet with our clients and assess their compliance needs and concerns. Depending upon the scope of the project, we can furnish proto-type documents to help satisfy compliance concerns (i.e. Plan Document and Summary Plan Description material) which can then be reviewed by the client’s counsel. Depending upon your firm’s needs for legal counsel, we will make recommendations when it is appropriate for you to seek counsel in certain areas as ERISA, HIPAA (Privacy and Security), COBRA, FMLA, etc.
Breaking News on Legislative Issues
As federal and/or state laws are passed or amended, we will notify our clients and keep them abreast of federal and state mandates. Samples of such announcements can be found in the following documents:

Special Compliance Programs
In the case of clients desiring administration with COBRA and/or Section 125 matters, we work with various administrators on a national basis, such as Igoe and Associates. We can make the referral to you and will, in some cases, assist with the fees involved to get the program implemented.
